These no-bake balls are a delicious way to satisfy your sweet-tooth without the guilt. They can be made in under 10 minutes – just enough time for you to avoid inhaling a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Phew!

Prep Time 2-4 min
Total Time 5-10 min
Serving Size 10-20 balls per entire recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the dates plus enough water to blend them into a caramel consistency (this also becomes a delicious natural caramel sauce!).
  2. Scrape out the date caramel into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in cocoa powder, coconut flour, protein powder and peanut butter powder or peanut butter and mix until a batter is formed.
  4. Roll batter into 10 to 20 balls and place on a parchment paper lined plate or container.
  5. Garnish with cocoa powder, coconut flour and peanut butter powder or peanut butter drizzles.
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

If you make this recipe into 20 balls like I did you may find they are a tad smaller than you expected, so don’t be afraid make 10 to 12 balls for a more satisfying bite! You can also throw other add-ins such as cacao nibs, dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes or various nuts and seeds to boost flavour and nutritional content.
